Battle Lines being Drawn

Smackdown Women's Champion Naomi comes out and introduces The Irish Lass-Kicker Becky Lynch, once both were done the ramp none other than Charlotte Flair comes out with a mic in hand says she doesn't need anyone to introduce her and she doesn't need an introduction. Both Charlotte and Naomi are in Becky Lynch's corner while what's known as the Welcoming Committee, (am I the only one who hates their name every time I hear the commentators say their name I think oh my gosh they couldn't think of a better name.) who is in Natalya's corner. Becky starts the match off dominate as the London crowd cheers her on, about two minutes into the match Natalya began her offense outside of the ring. Becky starts to elbow Natalya's knee to free herself from the lock once she set herself free she started her offense. Becky continues to attack while Natalya does get some hits Becky still takes control of the match. That is until Tamina gets involved and grabs Becky's leg from the top rope. Naomi goes to Becky's aid but before she does anything to the Welcoming Committee Charlotte grabs her by the waist and carries her to their corner. While doing so this distracted Becky Lynch which allowed Natalya to take advantage, which she did by grabbing Becky's legs and bring her down back first and for the win. Natalya she rolls out of the ring while Naomi and Charlotte are fighting about why Charlotte held Noami back and causing  Becky to lose focus in her match against Natalya while Lynch is left speechless in the ring wondering what just happened.
Outside of the ring going up the ramp is the Welcoming Committee gloating about their win while Charlotte and Naomi make their way into the ring with Becky Lynch and hopefully find a way to work together in the future and get on the same page or at least to some common ground. The team of Charlotte, Becky, and Naomi is already coming apart at the seems and already has been doomed or at least looking like someone is going to be betrayed. Becky Lynch has said herself she wants to turn heel, though she has said she does want to do more comedy before she goes heel. I think that just like Charlotte's heel run Becky Lynch will be a fantastic heel I think that she will not only be more successful as a heel than a face but she will be remembered for her heel work just like her real life best friend Charlotte. I think if Becky lynch turns heel it will be in a tag team match at the next pay-per-view which in this case is Backlash on May 21, 2017. But knowing the WWE creative team and Vince always changing his mind you just never know what he has in mind which can be frustrating because some choices are just so in their face yet they don't make them because it will prove that they were wrong and the fans were right and the WWE and more importantly Vince will never admit to it, to much pride. I'm hopeful that they will do the right thing in the SmackDown women's division because SmackDown Live's creative division is better than Raw's. Do you think Becky will turn heel at Backlash? Will she join the Welcoming Committee if she does turn heel? Will Becky's backup get on the same page? Will Becky still be face by the end of Backlash?

WWE Mae Young Classic Tournament Finals

The show opens with a video package setting up our two finalists, featuring short promos from both women.  Renee Young is standing by with the trophy, welcoming us to the show and tossing to a recap of the red carpet from earlier tonight.  Shown at ringside now are Dana Warrior, Beth Phoenix, Alundra Blayze and, in a different section, Mauro Ranallo. Renee tosses to Jim Ross and Lita at the commentary booth, where they talk up how important the tournament is for women's wrestling.  Kairi Sane is shown walking backstage as Jim talks her up, and then, by contrast, we're shown Shayna Baszler walking backstage with Ronda Rousey and Jessamyn Duke. This sets up a video package for Baszler followed by more folks at ringside, this time Ata Johnson and Erica Wiebe in one group, and Candice LeRae, Mercedes Martinez, Toni Storm, and Piper Niven in another.  Entrances for the finals follow, and Lilian Garcia returns to do the ring announcing for them. UnEventful Main Event

The Revival sat in on commentary, Matt and Jeff Hardy had the edge early as they took turns attacking Karl Anderson, The Club gained control by slowing the pace down and beating up on Jeff. Momentum continued to shift back and forth The Hardy Boyz emerged the victors' thanks to a Swanton bomb. Near the announce desk, The Revival and The Hardys brawled Anderson and Gallows leaped into the fray. The announcers tried to play up how much these teams can't stand each other, but WWE hasn't done a great job showing us that to this point Their issues don't feel especially personal. So, this brawl didn't have the emotional oomph it would have if it was set up better WWE appears to be headed toward a multiple-team Tag Team Championship bout. Cesaro and Sheamus don't really have any rivals at this point There isn't a singular story to dive into And so, a crowded stage is the only plausible direction for SummerSlam.             ...
