What Happened on Monday Night Raw: 
  
        Bray Wyatt starts off Monday Night Raw walking out to the ring once in the ring he cuts a promo he talks about all the competitors for the Extreme Rules fatal five way and when he gets to Roman Reigns, of course, he comes out to confront The Eater of Worlds Bray Wyatt. Before the two men can brawl Kurt Angle comes out to announce their fight is next and calls for a referee. Throughout the beginning of the match, both men got the offense in but before the match could continue any further Samoa Joes comes to the ring to face Bray Wyatt. Joe turns his attention to Roman and delivers a Coquina Clutch Bray goes after Reigns and throws a few punches but is stopped by a Coquina clutch Seth Rollins runs to the ring and goes after Joe. Seth and Joe's exchange blows before Seth gets the upper hand a tosses Joe to the outside meanwhile Roman delivers a superman punch to Bray Wyatt leave two former shield members in the ring. Roman and Seth backstage discuss what happened in the ring they are interrupted by General Manager Kurt Angle who informs the two men that they will be in the main even as a tag team. Kurt Angle turns around and is met by The Drifter and tells him he has a match against the lunatic fringe Dean Ambrose. The Cruiserweights match is Akira Tozawa versus Ariya Daivari with The Brian Kendrick backstage watching the match and commentating from their as the match rolls on. Tozawa and Daivari each get some offense in as the match starts picking up Akira Tozawa gains momentum and goes to the top rope for a senton bomb for the win. The commentators go back to The Brian Kendrick who is still backstage for his opinion on the win and to see if he is nervous for his street fight with Tozawa on 205 Live he reassures them that he is not nervous at all.




                   Sasha Banks interviewed by Charlie about her match against Alicia Fox and is interrupted by Alicia Fox and Noam Dar who claims she is simply jealous that Fox as him and Sasha has no one.  In the ring The Drifter Elias Samson in a stool with his guitar in hand singing before he is interrupted by Dean Ambrose who is looking over his shoulder because The Miz and Maryse are in the commentator's desk. The match begins and The Drifter is getting the upper hand on Dean Ambrose showing his dominance in the ring. Dean finally able to get in some offense while the commentators talk about his resilience in the ring and how impressive Samson is in the match. Ambrose favoring his right arm but is still gaining momentum he heads to the top rope and is hit midair with a knee to the jaw both getting pin attempts. Miz then leaves the commentator's booth heading for the ring and attacks The Drifter so that Dean can get disqualified. Ambrose goes after Miz chasing all around the ring before making his way back to the ring finally getting hold of him but is stopped by The Drifter who attacks Dean and gives him a swinging neck breaker looking and The Miz and Maryse applauding The Drifter. Big Cass angrily walking with a referee to see a beaten up Enzo on the ground with another ref check in on him while telling a very upset Cass to calm down. Enzo sitting down with Cass, Kurt Angle and two medics questioning him on what happened and who attacked him but he is unable to answer who attacked him saying he was jumped and once he came to he was being questioned by the two medics now taking him away leaving Big Cass and Kurt alone. A livid Big Cass tells Kurt he better find the culprit before he does as he follows the medics and Enzo. Finn Balor coming out for his match with former Bullet Club member Karl Anderson who is accompanied by another former Bullet Club member Luck Gallows. Finn once in the ring cuts a promo but is interrupted by Paul Heyman who cuts a promo and makes his way to the ring now face to face with Finn ending his promo with a handshake.  Finn Balor and Karl Anderson match with Balor getting the upper hand but due to a distraction from Luke Gallows Karl Anderson starts to take control of the match. Both men exchanging blows but takes both men down now on their feet Balor takes control and now with Karl Anderson outside Finn turns his attention to Luke Gallows making sure he won't get involved. Anderson back in the ring trying to attack from behind but Balor catches him and kicks knocking him down and going to the top for Coup de Grâce. Anderson moves out of the way and delivers a spine buster to Balor. Karl Anderson now trying to get some momentum but Finn starts to get in some offense Anderson rolls out of the ring and Balor goes for a suicide dive hitting both Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows. Tossing Anderson back in the ring and hitting the Coup de Grâce for the win rolling out of the ring before Gallows can get his hands on him.




        Alicia Fox accompanied by Noam Dar going against The Boss Sasha Banks starting the match with Banks getting the upper hand. Fox on the outside and Sasha not wasting any time and kicking Alica further from the ring and rolling out the ring to bring Fox back in with Noam Dar calling for Sasha to turn to face him only to mimic her before she enters the ring. Giving Alicia an opportunity to gain momentum but Banks starts to fight back but again Fox turns it around in her favor but Banks gets her again and brings her to the second turnbuckle and knees Alicia Fox for the win with a distraught Noam on the outside because he was unable to help his love. Noam gets in the ring beginning an argument with Sasha while Alica is getting back on her feet the argument between Noam and Banks continues as Dar seems to get closer Sasha slaps him. From behind Alicia sets up Sasha Banks for the scissors kick leaving her down on the mat and stepping on her to get to her boyfriend Noam Dar leaving the ring.  Backstage Kalisto and Apollo Crews talk about how Crews has changed and Kalisto raises his suspicions on Apollo attacking Enzo earlier but Crews assures him it was not him as Titus comes in frame thinking the Kalisto wants to be part of Titus Brand. After Kalisto shuts it down Titus says Apollo will teach him a lesson about respect later leaving Kalisto wondering what's wrong with both of the men.  Goldust cuts a promo and claims that the Golden Age is back, Charlie interviews Alexa Bliss about her match at Extreme Rules against Bayley during the interview Bliss claims she feels no remorse for Bayley and that she wants to do it again. At Extreme Rules, the Goddess of WWE Alex Bliss will show The Hugger Bayley what Extreme really is because she hasn't seen anything yet. Alexa tells charlie that later on, she will do the sam to Bayley's new found friend Mickie James. Up next the match between Kalisto and Apollo Crew who is accompanied by Titus O'Neil. Kalisto getting the upper hand and sending Crews to the outside to regroup but before Kalisto can dive to the outside Apollo delivers a dropkick from the top rope. Titus on the outside barking orders to Apollo Crews who has the upper hand but not for long as Kalisto counters Apollos move into a rollup and then goes for the Salida del Sol for the win.




       Winner chooses the stipulation at Extreme Rules for the Raw Tag Team Championships Matt Hardy being accompanied by Jeff Hardy and Sheamus being accompanied by Cesaro. Matt getting the upper hand in the beginning but Sheamus starts to gain some momentum but Hardy takes back the momentum and goes for the Twist of Fate Sheamus move out of the way and rolls out of the ring to take a breather.  Matt goes to the outside but Sheamus pushes him into the side of the ring starting to get the upper hand.  Going to the top rope but Matt rolling him up for a pin and Matt using all the turnbuckles to hit Sheamus's head not wasting any time on the pin. Matt fighting against Sheamus who is dominating the match he is just not able to keep Matt down for the three count. Jeff going to the apron do distract Sheamus and along his brother time to breathe Matt goes for the DDT but only got a two count. Sheamus overpowering Matt Hardy but Hardy is able to swarm his way out along him time to recoup. Knee to the jaw but Matt Hardy near the rope and grabs it stopping the count but Sheamus going for the Brogue kick Matt rolling out of the ring. Cesaro creeping in behind Matt but Jeff on the apron jumping over his brother to get Cesaro distracting Sheamus who gives Jeff a kick to the back but once he turned around he was given the Twist of Fate by Matt Hardy. The Hardy Boyz picking the stipulation for Extreme Rules and The Kings of Extreme pick a fight in a steel cage for their Tag Team Championships. The Cruiserweight Champion Neville accompanying Austin Aries opponent Tony Nese, Tony starting to target the knee of Aries. Austin taking the upper hand of the match early on but still his right knee not making able to be as quick as he would like slowing down his game in the match. Austin looking out for Neville which causes Nese to take advantage and the attention back to the back of Austin Aries leg Aries midair is caught by the elbow of Tony Nese. Tony has Aries in a vertical suplex but Austin Aries counters it into a guillotine submission hold Nese using his strength to drop Aries but Austin quickly goes for the Last Chancery submission move to win the match. Making his way up the ramp as Neville enters the ring with Tony Nese and begins his attack and locks in the Rings of Saturn on Nese looking straight at Austin Aries never losing contact. Mickie James and Alexa Bliss start the match with some back and forth before Bliss get the upper hand as she gloats Mickie takes this opportunity to get the upper hand against Alexa. Bliss getting the win by a right hand then a DDT. Alexa makes her way to the outside setting her championship on the apron and checking under the ring for a kendo stick to attack Mickie. Alexa hitting Mickie James in the back with the kendo stick before Bayley making her way to the ring. Bliss getting ready for Bayley but Bayley grabbing her legs and dropping Alexa causing her to release the kendo stick and letting Bayley take hold of the stick and Alexa Bliss retreating not allowing Bayley the chance to get her back now checking in on Mickie James. 




         Now the main event Bray Wyatt and Samoa Joe versus Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns with Bray and Seth starting off the match much to the dismay of Roman. Seth knocks Joe from the apron and throws Wyatt outside into the barricade and goes back on the attack to Joe. Getting Bray in the ring jumping over a Joe that wanted to punish Rollins but the distraction did cost Seth and Bray took advantage and gets thrown into the barricade. Seth tagging in Roman who has the upper hand against Bray and tosses him to the corner getting ready for the superman punch but is taken back by the Eater of Worlds Bray Wyatt and then Samoa Joe comes in for the distraction and Bray to toss him outside so Joe can get to work. Joe sending Roman to the barricade twice before being tagged in and then pushing Reigns into the ring as well as throwing punches before getting him back in the ring. Joe still having the upper hand but Roman trying to get momentum but Joe quickly reverses it and tags in Bray continuing the attack not letting Roman get any offense in as Bray tosses Reigns outside and distracts the ref Joe goes back on his attack of Reigns but Roman reverses it sending Joe in the barricade and a dropkick landing Reigns on the apron and rolling back in the ring with Wyatt. Joe tossing Bray in the ring while Seth gets tagged in jumping on the top rope knocking down Joe and later going to the outside to knock down Bray getting back in the ring to continue on Joe with a sling blade before he can go back to Joe Bray grabs the leg stopping the flow of Seth. After kicking Bray he heads back to the top rope but again Wyatt hold the leg and letting Joe take advantage Joe calling Bray in for super plex but Seth fights it of knocking both men down and jumping from the top into a cross body. The numbers game get the better of him and Bray sets him up for the Sister Abigail but is punched by Roman and tossed to the outside. Roman then punches Joe and Seth kicks Joe Roman going for the superman punch to Joe but he moves out of the way causing Reigns to run into Rollins. Seth telling Roman to watch where he is going that right now they are on the same team just as Roman is being dragged to the outside by Bray Wyatt causing Seth to not notice Joe and Joe locks in the Coquina Clutch Rollins desperately trying to reach the bottom rope passing out in the process causing the ref to end the match, Bray and Joe winning the match getting some momentum for Extreme Rules. Joe and Wyatt now in the ring celebrating their win. Backstage it's Kurt watching what's happening in the ring just as Finn Balor come into frame to tell Kurt that next week he wants to be in the main event with on of his opponents from the fatal five way and Kurt says no not just on but two so next week it will be Bray Wyatt versus Samoa Joe versus Finn Balor as the main event but also makes a match for Seth Rollins versus Roman Reigns.

                   One night after WWE's Great Balls of Fire pay-per-view kept fans buzzing due to the physical nature of the double main event, Monday's episode of Raw kept the intensity going.  It may not have been the most even three hours of wrestling from beginning to end, but Raw delivered a trio of exciting storylines that left a lot more questions than answers, which is exactly the right way to keep viewers coming back.  The show's highlight was a red-hot dialogue segment between Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns and Samoa Joe, which began to reveal what the future might look like in terms of booking heading into SummerSlam.
